Healthbreak is committed to working with each client to develop a long-term sustainable wellness strategy that aligns with the organizational mission, vision and goals. We know that no two clients are the same, so we use our years of experience and hands on knowledge of working with organizations of all sizes both private and public to assess internal and external factors impacting employee health and productivity.
After thorough research and discussion we devise a three to five year strategic plan using our 10 Key Steps to devising a comprehensive wellness program. The strategic plan will include a program mission statement, long term goals and short term objectives, program interventions and strategies, communication and marketing plan, incentive design, budgets and evaluation methodology. The purpose of this comprehensive strategy is to prevent the onset of poor health, reduce the risk factors and associated impact of chronic illnesses. 
In this process, we strive to empower both the leadership and the employees to make health important and value good health. We coach the leadership team to understand the strategic plan and become a role model for good health. We encourage employees to become accountable for their personal health and begin practicing healthy habits by using and participating in the health decision support tools, wellness programs, and additional services.
