President - KATHY KNUDSEN, MA
Kathy Knudsen has over 20 years of experience in the field of fitness and wellness. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Arts in Corporate Fitness Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she also earned All-American honors for her athletic achievements. She is the founder and President of HEALTHBREAK Incorporated, a health promotion management company. For over 16 years, HEALTHBREAK has been providing consulting, wellness program management, and fitness center management services to a multitude of worksites across the United States. Kathy also serves as Co-Chair of the Worksite Task Force for the Colorado Department of Physical Activity and Nutrition and has provided a number of worksite wellness workshops across the state of Colorado. She is active in the Steps to a HealthierUS Project in Colorado and has been instrumental in bringing the “Well Workplace—Well City” initiative to Mesa County and the City of Fort Collins.
 
Vice President - JEN SPENCE, MSM
Jennifer Spence has been working to help individuals improve their health status through health promotion programs at the worksite for nearly a decade. She joined HEALTHBREAK in 1995 and has worked with organizations large and small to develop comprehensive health promotion strategies that improve employee health and decrease health care costs. As Vice President of HEALTHBREAK, Inc., she uses her experience in building employee relations and account management to oversee consulting, wellness management and fitness management services to corporations and city government accounts. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Business with an emphasis in Public Health. She is a certified Health Fitness InstructorSM through the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Corporate Wellcoach.
 
Regional Account Manager - DAWN OBERMILLER, MA
Dawn Obermiller has over 20 years in the field of health and wellness. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a wide range of individuals both young and older adult, athletes as well as corporate professionals. Her passion is in providing leadership to organizations in how to create healthy work environments that allows employees to reach their highest wellness potential. Dawn earned an undergraduate degree specializing in Health & Fitness Management from Elmira College and a master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dawn is certified as a Health & Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine and an instructor for CPR & First Aid with the American Red Cross. Ms. Obermiller is married with five children and a jogging partner named Butchie Marie (her yellow lab.) Dawn enjoys getting outdoors to exercise or hanging out with her family. She has successfully competed in a handful of triathlons and two marathons.
